Michael Anastasiou, MCP, joins ACE Microtechnology as Microsoft

Microtechnology (ACE) a global business and technology services firm that
provides Microsoft Dynamics Solutions - Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Dynamics GP
(formerly Great Plains), has welcomed a new team member –Michael Anastasiou,
MCP.
Michael, a certified CRM Consultant, brings over 10+ years of industry experience to include, sales, marketing and customer service experience as it relates to Customer Relationship Management. Michael has worked on a number of intricate CRM implementations, including those requiring integration with other solutions. In addition to his knowledge of CRM, Michael’s prior roles as Marketing Director and Marketing Manager in private industry allows him hands on experience in real life situations which enables him to share best practices with clients around requirements gathering and process review.

various CRM Consulting firms for other global companies prior to joining
ACE. During his tenure at those
companies, Michael’s impact has been widely recognized for his ability to
deliver quality CRM implementations, support, configuration and training.
